Terms of service

Drivers who book parking through the Parkina Android app, and facility owners and their attendants who use the Owner Portal and the Operations app.

Parkina runs the marketplace and is the merchant of record. Drivers pay Parkina, Parkina issues the receipt, and Parkina settles with the facility owner. Each facility is operated by its owner.

• Prices are shown in ETB and include VAT.
• You pay with TeleBirr. A booking is confirmed only when TeleBirr confirms the payment and the booking shows as Paid.
• A paid booking holds a space at the facility for the time window you chose.
• Cancellation and refund rules: to be confirmed by product and legal.

Show your QR pass at the gate. The plate on your vehicle should match the plate on the booking. Follow the facility’s rules and the attendant’s instructions while parked.

New owners are reviewed before a facility goes live. Owners are responsible for accurate facility details, rates and hours, and for honouring paid bookings. Parkina settles booking amounts as described in the owner agreement.

Keep your phone number and vehicle details up to date. Don’t share your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or misuse.
